Digital Photo Editing
Tips, Tricks & Techniques
With Photoshop Elements & Photoshop

Digital cameras, scanners and Photo CDs are used in almost every industry, from professional photographers to those capturing family highlights. After taking or scanning photos, the real fun begins with editing your images through your computer.

This class uses step-by-step demos to explain creative image editing, retouching and how to turn ordinary photos into works of art -- just like professional photo editors do for their clients.

Go beyond basic photo editing with Photoshop's filters, special effects, alpha channels, layers and more. Learn to combine multiple photos into one. Create and modify accurate image selections, use curves to alter color, sharpen fuzzy photos, and "hand tint" black and white photos.

Class is lecture/demo format. It is based on Adobe Photoshop & Elements (also applies to other editing software). You can download a free tryout version of Photoshop Elements for this class at:

Note: Student should have some basic Photoshop knowledge. See Basic Photo Editing for Digital Camera Users class offered by this instructor.
